Your SDA Candidate for Haytor District

Ty has lived with her family on the edge of Ilsington in the beautiful Haytor Ward since 2009. Both her children attended Blackpool and Widecombe primary schools. Ty is a yoga teacher and currently shares yoga in the local community and also volunteers at the fabulous Ilsington Village Shop.

Ty believes passionately in protecting and upholding democracy and would love to serve her local community in this way. If elected, she will listen
to and represent local concerns and will aim to be a calm, respectful, totally independent voice on the council for our community,
protecting our environment and beautiful local landscape.

Prior to living in Devon, Ty spent many years in Asia, travelling, living, studying. As well as yoga teacher qualifications, she also has a business
studies degree and has worked in various business / charity admin roles.
